EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, customers have the right to return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Returned products must be kept in their original condition, with all original accessories and packaging where applicable, and must not show damage caused by the customer.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

NAKHT will arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, at no additional cost to the customer.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and its condition verified, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Delivery Inspection

Customers are welcome to open their packages in the presence of the delivery representative to inspect the received item, where the delivery arrangement allows.

If you notice any visible damage or an incorrect item, please document it and contact us as soon as possible.

Opening the package for inspection does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Product Characteristics

As our products are made using genuine natural leather, slight variations in leather texture, grain, and natural markings may occur. These are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered manufacturing defects, provided the product matches its description.
